PVCu Dental Mouldings (Noggins)
I take great care to retain the character of the property and create a finish that maximises a property's potential. Therefore I replace the dental mouldings with new ones that are made from PVCu and are the same size and look as the old dental mouldings. I do this myself because I have found that dental mouldings from other manufacturers are too small and do not look the same as the existing wooden mouldings. I believe this to be unique to Claddwel.
Cladding Around Wall Tiles
Martin Cains: "I carefully create a wooden frame out of pressure treated battens. This creates a secure fixing for the soffits, prevents sagging and creates a neat straight line throughout a property. This procedure is also a preventative measure against the disturbance or breakage of tiles. (If plastic were nailed to the end of roof supports, sagging could occur.)"
All fascia fixings are stainless steel. These are generally called Polly Pins and they prevent corrosion and rust staining to the front of fascias. Air vents are not compulsory but can be fitted if needed. It would be necessary to have air vents in a building that has air vents already.
