Martin Cains, Claddwel, has been a cladding specialist since 1997. I cover the Hampshire and West Sussex areas, from Ringwood in the East to Chichester in the West, from Petersfield in the North to the coast in the South.

Claddwel provides a total PVCu clad which is maintenance free. When cladding a property, I remove all rotten wood, replace with new pressure treated wood and make wooden frames to capsulate roof supports (if necessary). Soffits and J trim are always supported by battens screwed to the wall to prevent any sagging. Fascias are fixed with stainless steel poly pins to prevent any corrosion and to create a smart finish. This comes in 4 product types (white, black, light oak and dark oak).

Maintenance Free

One of the main reasons for investing in new cladding is to reduce the maintenance needed.  My cladding service means that you will no longer need to have fascias painted every 3 years.  You just wash down regularly and can expect up to 15 years maintenance free. Alternatively, you can call on me for an aftercare cleaning service.

All products are supplied by Claddwell Plastic Supplies Ltd and guaranteed for 15 years. This includes the guttering from fading.
